At the time of booking, Click2Jet collects a deposit that represents 5% of the total trip cost (excluding taxes). Click2Jet will refund 100% of this Voucher in a credit for future use on our site. If a trip is denied by an operator after it has been booked on the Click2jet site, you will receive a complete refund on the credit card you used for the purchase.

When a booking takes place on the Click2Jet web site, a voucher is issued to the member and charter operator. The voucher contains the member & operator contact information, as well as the pricing/trip details for your booked charter. Vouchers are managed through the respective member and operator dashboards.

Account points & credits are placed on accounts and can be applied at checkout towards the voucher fee. If you have points remaining after they are applied to the voucher fee, they will remain on your account and can be used towards the voucher fee on your next trip. Points and credits don't expire. 

Yes. Once you are a Click2Jet member you can submit a trip request to any airport/destination that better fits your specific travel requirements. Once your request is submitted, it will be forwarded to each of the operators in the Click2Jet network. You will then receive specialized pricing from Click2Jet Operators. To submit a request, just use our Contact Form, or send an email to support@click2jet.com with your needs and we'll respond promptly with several options.

The Click2Jet platform encourages route and price competition between the premier operators who are part of the Click2Jet network. You can visit the Operator page to review our participating operators and be assured that your flight will be with one of these hand-selected air charter companies. Once your transaction is complete, the name of the Operator will be revealed on the voucher that is accessible from your Member Dashboard.

Yes. When you search for a trip, the aircraft make, model, and year are displayed on the results page. A photo is also included as a representation of the aircraft though it may not be the exact aircraft you will be flying on. An operator may occasionally require a change in aircraft due to unforeseen maintenance or operational issues that would require an aircraft substitution. In this instance, the operator will contact you directly regarding the aircraft change.

Click2Jet has already contracted with many of the premier operators in our Los Angeles and San Francisco focus markets. We are actively recruiting additional operators for these markets, plus other core markets throughout the U.S. that will be part of our next roll out phase.
